SimpleBurner Tools provides a suite of privacy-friendly web utilities including:

Temp Mail: Temporary, disposable email address generation
Online Notepad: Simple note-taking and sharing functionality
BIP39 Toolkit: Cryptocurrency mnemonic and private key generation tools
Additional Tools: Other privacy-focused utilities as we develop them

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

Tool-Specific Terms

Temp Mail

• Temporary email addresses are provided for legitimate testing and privacy purposes
• Do not use for illegal activities, spam, or harassment
• Emails are automatically deleted after 24 hours
• We reserve the right to block domains or IPs that abuse the service

Online Notepad

• Do not store sensitive personal information like passwords or financial data
• Shared notes are publicly accessible via their unique links
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our terms
• Notes are automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity

BIP39 Toolkit

• Tools are provided for educational and legitimate cryptocurrency purposes
• You are responsible for the security of any generated keys or mnemonics
• We strongly recommend using these tools offline for maximum security
• We are not responsible for any financial losses from improper use

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SimpleBurner and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

User Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Cryptocurrency Tools Specific: We are not responsible for any financial losses, security breaches, or other damages resulting from the use of our cryptocurrency-related tools. Users assume all risks when generating or using private keys, mnemonics, or other cryptographic materials.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SimpleBurner and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
